Your data is only used during the period you instruct or discuss your case with GRSC, and may need to be retained for legal and professional reasons.  

That data will not be used for marketing (other than if you sign up for the Newsletter, which may include marketing from time to time)

Frequently clients do utilise the services more than once. 

If you do not wish to be contacted, you can request that there is no further contact. 

The work undertaken on your case will be recorded, in line with standard legal practice and not disclosed to any party unless required in accordance with the law. The Barrister is at liberty to keep (for their records) any communication, note, or proof of work they have during contact with you including documents, emails, records of calls, etc.
